What we build

Four sectors, no learning curve

Sheet S-02A / The four sectorsFind yours

Find the one that sounds like you.

Each card is the whole sector in a glance: what it means, what changes on site, and how to know it is yours.

01

Healthcare

Clinics, surgery centers and medical offices built around patients, equipment and infection control.

  • Dust barriers and infection control from day one
  • Work phased around seeing patients
  • Medical equipment, gas and casework coordinated

This is you if

You are building or renovating a clinic, surgery center or medical office building.

Piedmont Arbor Springs, Georgia Bone & Joint Covington

02

Industrial & Manufacturing

Warehouses, distribution space and plants built for heavy use, tall racks and real equipment loads.

  • Slabs poured flat enough for racking and forklifts
  • Clear heights measured against the rack layout
  • Power, water and drainage sized for your process

This is you if

You need distribution space, a plant or a shell with heavy floor loads.

Warehouse and distribution work across Coweta County

03

Worship & Faith Communities

Sanctuaries, additions and renovations planned around volunteer committees and the church calendar.

  • Decisions built for a committee, not a boardroom
  • Work sequenced around Sunday services
  • Sanctuary volume and sound worked out with your designer

This is you if

Your congregation is building, adding on or renovating.

Newnan City Church, Crossroads Church Whitewater

04

Development & Mixed-Use

Ground-up projects from site planning through completion, including the shells tenants fit out.

  • Site work, grading and utilities handled as one package
  • Shell buildings delivered ready for tenant fit-out
  • Budget held from concept through closeout

This is you if

You are developing land or building multi-tenant space.

Sheet S-03 / TerritoryLicensed in Georgia and Alabama

One team across two states

Tomco received its Alabama general contractors license in 2023, carrying nearly three decades of Georgia work across the line. Same superintendents, same subs, same standard.

Two states, one team

Georgia since 1997, Alabama since 2023. Same superintendents, same standard.

Local permits, known reviewers

We know the inspectors and review timelines in Coweta, Henry, Fulton and the counties around Birmingham.

Trades we already trust

Long-standing subcontractor relationships in both states, so pricing and schedules stay realistic.

Words you will hear

Sector talk, translated

The shorthand that comes with each kind of building, in one line each.

MOB
Medical office building. Office space built for doctors, often with exam rooms and imaging.
TI / fit-out
Tenant improvement. Fitting out empty shell space for a specific business.
Shell
The building without the inside finished: structure, roof, exterior walls and core utilities.
Clear height
Usable height from floor to the lowest thing overhead. Racks and equipment depend on it.
Certificate of occupancy
The county's sign-off that a building is legal to occupy. Nothing opens without it.
Phased occupancy
Opening part of a building while the rest is still under construction.
