Tomco Construction has started work on a new commercial project in Newnan, Georgia: an interior build-out that turns shell space into clinical and administrative space for a medical tenant.
The project follows the pattern Tomco has held across Coweta County for more than two decades, with a superintendent on site daily, subcontractors sequenced around an occupied building, and reporting that keeps the owner ahead of decisions instead of behind them.
Healthcare work now spans medical office buildings, surgery centers and specialty clinics across Georgia and Alabama, from the Arbor Springs build-out in Newnan to the Georgia Bone and Joint clinic in Covington.
