Project overview
Tomco Construction led the interior build-out of Arbor Springs Primary Care for Piedmont Healthcare in Newnan, Georgia. The project turned shell space into exam rooms, clinical support areas and front-of-house space for a working primary care practice.
As general contractor, Tomco managed the schedule, subcontractor coordination and inspections around an operating health system, keeping the work sequenced so the rest of the building stayed in service.
